Wearing Comfort
The glasses' nose pads are three-axis adjustable, allowing you to adjust their shape to fit your face and head. Typically, it's best to change them so the distance between the glasses' crossbar and your forehead is less than one finger width. Watch the tutorial video in the BleeqUp app or support resources.
The temples of newly received glasses are generally quite tight (mainly for Asian head shapes). Usually, after wearing them for about 1-2 months, they will gradually loosen and adapt to your head shape.
Adjust the nose pads: The glasses' nose pads are three-axis adjustable, allowing you to adjust their shape to fit your face and head. Typically, it's best to change them so the distance between the glasses' crossbar and your forehead is less than one finger width. Some helmet designs are unique and may cause interference between the helmet brim and the temples on both sides. It is recommended to try a different helmet.
Some users with smaller heads might experience this. Due to the tight adjustment strap inside the helmet, the temple ends may interfere with the strap. It is recommended to open the temples when wearing the glasses gently. Position them from below the ears upwards, ensuring the temples rest outside the helmet's adjustment strap to minimize discomfort and interference.
Binding & Connection
- Make sure both temples are fully unfolded, and do not wear the glasses during this process.
- Press and hold both temple buttons for 5 seconds until the inside indicator light flashes blue.
Please ensure:
- The Status LED on the inside of the glasses is flashing blue (if you don't see a blue light flashing, please long-press the buttons on both temples for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode).
- The glasses are turned on.
- The glasses have power.
- The glasses and phone are not too far apart (within 1.5m is recommended).
- The phone's Bluetooth system is enabled.
- After completing the above checks, please click the "Refresh" button in the upper right corner of the search list page to search again.
You can reset the device by following these steps:
- With both temples folded, press and hold both temple buttons for 10 seconds until the inside indicator light flashes yellow.
- Press and hold the button on the right side for 5 seconds until the inside indicator light turns solid yellow.
- Wait for the reset to complete. The glasses will restart automatically. When the white inside indicator light stops flashing, you can bind the glasses again.
Check your VPN status. If it is enabled, please turn it off.
- If you don't unbind them first, other accounts cannot directly bind your glasses unless a factory reset is performed on the glasses. This operation will clear image files from the glasses, protecting your privacy if the device is lost and used by others.
- If you have confirmed the data security in your glasses, you can manually unbind the glasses in the APP, allowing other accounts to re-bind the device.
Download the BleeqUp APP on the other phone and log in with the same account.
Make sure your glasses are connected to the APP via Bluetooth. Go to Settings > Device Management > Unbind.
Power On/Off, Standby & Wake Up
⦁ Power Button: Slide the Power Button on the side of the left temple to the green position. If the glasses don't turn on, charge them for 10 minutes and try again. ⦁ Note: Start up takes about 40–50 seconds. The inside indicator light flashes white during startup. When it turns green and then off, startup is complete and the glasses will announce the current battery level.
⦁ Power Button: Slide the Power Button on the inside of the left temple to the red position.
⦁ Manual Standby: Fold both temples to immediately put the glasses into standby mode. The Bluetooth connection to your phone will also be disconnected. ⦁ Automatic Standby: When you take off the glasses, media playback will automatically pause. After 5 minutes, the glasses will automatically enter standby mode and stop recording. After 15 minutes, they will automatically enter deep sleep mode. ⦁ Wake Up: Fully unfold both temples, then press the left or right button once to wake the glasses.
⦁ When you are not using the glasses for a long time, we recommend sliding the Power Button to the red position to reduce battery consumption. ⦁ If you are only temporarily not using the glasses, fold both temples to quickly enter standby mode.
- Make sure the Power Button is in the on position (green).
- Charge the glasses for 10 minutes, then try again.
- If the glasses still cannot be turned on after charging, please contact customer support .
Charging
⦁ Please check if the Magnetic Charging Wire is attached in the correct direction. ⦁ If the glasses have not been used for a long time, the battery might be undercharged. It needs to be charged for 3-5 minutes, and after powering on, it should function normally.
Battery Life and Storage
- At 100% battery, the glasses can continuously record video for about 1 hour.
- Paired with a BleeqUp Power Plus, it can add approximately 4 hours of continuous shooting time.
- At 100% battery, the glasses can continuously play music for about 8 hours.
- Paired with a BleeqUp Power Plus, it can add approximately 40 hours of continuous playback time.
With the battery at 100%, the glasses can remain in standby for approximately 40 hours. When used with the BleeqUp Power Plus, standby time can be extended by approximately 150 additional hours. Standby means the glasses remain connected to your phone via Bluetooth but are not recording, making calls, or playing music.
With the battery at 100%, the glasses can provide approximately 20 hours of battery life under typical use. A typical usage scenario includes: ⦁ 15 one-minute video recordings ⦁ 50 photos ⦁ 90 minutes of Bluetooth calls ⦁ 60 minutes of cycling navigation ⦁ 60 minutes of cycling intercom use Actual battery life may vary depending on how you use the glasses.
Yes. A small amount of battery power is still consumed when the glasses are powered off. Starting from 100% battery, it takes approximately 206 days for the battery to drain from 100% to 0% while powered off.
- Why is some storage already in use when I first receive my glasses?
The glasses' operating system uses approximately 11 GB of storage.
⦁ 8 Mbps: Approximately 5 hours 50 minutes for the 32 GB version and 14 hours 43 minutes for the 64 GB version. ⦁ 12 Mbps: Approximately 3 hours 53 minutes for the 32 GB version and 9 hours 45 minutes for the 64 GB version. ⦁ 16 Mbps: Approximately 2 hours 55 minutes for the 32 GB version and 7 hours 22 minutes for the 64 GB version. ⦁ 30 Mbps: Approximately 1 hour 33 minutes for the 32 GB version and 3 hours 55 minutes for the 64 GB version. Note: Actual available storage and recording time may vary depending on system storage usage, the number of photos stored, video bitrate, and file management.
Wear Detection
Wear Detection is primarily used for automatic power management. When you take off the glasses, media playback automatically pauses. After 5 minutes, the glasses automatically enter standby mode and stop recording. After 15 minutes, they automatically enter deep sleep mode.
When Wear Detection is turned off, the glasses cannot automatically manage power based on whether they are being worn.
The glasses may incorrectly detect that they are not being worn. Please adjust the 3-axis nose pads for a secure fit. If the issue persists, go to APP > Settings > Wear Detection and turn it off. Manually turn off the glasses when not in use.
Go to APP > Settings > Wear Detection and make sure Wear Detection is turned on.
Take off the glasses and fully fold both temples. The Bluetooth connection between the glasses and your phone will automatically disconnect.
Videos, Photos & Album
The camera can be manually adjusted to three positions: ⦁ Lower position (camera tilted upward): Ideal for aerodynamic road cycling, helping optimize the balance between the ground and sky in your footage. ⦁ Middle position (camera centered): Suitable for everyday activities and general sports. ⦁ Upper position (camera tilted downward): Ideal for outdoor activities while wearing a hat or cap, helping reduce obstruction from the brim.
⦁ Method 1: After starting recording, you will first hear a recording start prompt, and both the internal and external Capture LED of the glasses will flash white as a notification. ⦁ Method 2: During recording, the glasses will verbally remind you that you are recording at regular intervals. The interval time for these prompts can be customized in APP "Settings" > "Video Settings" > "Recording Prompt Tone".
Check your VPN status. If it is enabled, please turn it off.
The glasses support 3-level manual camera adjustment: upper, middle, and lower. When road cycling, a lower riding position may cause the camera angle to point too low. Move the camera to the lower position to tilt the lens upward and achieve a better balance between the sky and ground in your footage.

The 3K60, 3K30, and 1080p60 recording modes require a phone powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon® 8 Gen 1 processor or later.
Loop Recording automatically overwrites older videos when storage is full, allowing you to keep recording without manually clearing space.
From pressing the Capture button to finishing the photo, it usually takes about 1.5 seconds. Please try to minimize head movement before the photo prompt sound ends.
Highlights & AI Video Search
⦁ AI Highlights: Stay focused on your ride while AI automatically identifies and extracts key moments afterwards, saving you time when reviewing your footage. ⦁ Manual Marks: Manually mark memorable moments as they happen, giving you more control over the moments that matter most to you.
AI Highlights works together with AI Tracking in the app. As long as you record video during an activity, AI can automatically identify highlight moments. ⦁ Before starting your activity, go to AI Tracking in the app, select Destination Navigation or Free Ride, and started AI Tracking. ⦁ Once AI Tracking ends, the app will automatically generate your AI Highlights. You can view your highlights under Activity > Activity Album > AI Highlights, or Album > AI Highlights. Watch the tutorial video in the BleeqUp app or support resources.
⦁ While recording, press the Capture button once to create a Manual Mark for that moment. ⦁ After recording, you can view your marked moments under Activity > Cycling Album > Cycling Highlights or Manual Marks. AI Video Search understands your voice request and video content to quickly find relevant moments and generate a video in longer videos.
AI Video Search is currently available on iOS only. The Android version is under development.
- Before your ride, start AI Tracking in the app. You can record videos at any time during your ride.
- Once AI Tracking ends, go to Activity > Activity Album > Videos.
- Preview your recorded videos, then tap AI Video Search in the video toolbar to search for the moments you want.
AI One-Tap Editing
⦁ Method 1: In "Activity", find the corresponding activity record card, then click "AI Generate Clip". This method creates a one-click movie from the content recorded during a single activity. ⦁ Method 2: In "Album" > "Cycling Highlights", click the "AI" icon in the bottom right to create a one-click movie. This method can make a one-click movie from content recorded across multiple activities. Watch the tutorial video in the BleeqUp app or support resources.
Considering that various social media platforms have video upload duration limits, a 1-minute movie duration will help you conveniently publish on various platforms.
Rover AI, Safety & Sensors
Data Overlay
Please ensure:
- The cycling record was started before riding (both free ride and destination navigation are cycling records; destination navigation is recommended).
- The video was recorded during the cycling record.
- After meeting the above conditions, you can select an activity on the "Activity" page, click the "AI Generate Clip" button, and the generated video will automatically include a data dashboard.
- If the video is part of a cycling tracking (both free ride and destination navigation are cycling records; destination navigation is recommended), you can directly overlay the data dashboard.
- Data dashboard overlay method: Select the video on the "Album" page and click the "Data Overlay" button in the bottom left corner of the video.
- Due to the complexity of data processing, the overlay process is lengthy. A 10-minute video will take 10 minutes to complete the overlay; please wait patiently.
- The video was recorded without a cycling record being initiated in the APP, so no corresponding exercise data was collected.
- The sensor device failed to connect successfully.
Video Roadbook
Video Roadbook combines your videos, route map, and activity data to help you record, share, and relive your activities.
⦁ View Locally: Start AI Tracking before your activity. Once it’s active, you can record videos at any time during your activity. After AI Tracking ends, go to Activity > Video Roadbook to view it. ⦁ Share via Link: Tap the Share button in the top-right corner of Video Roadbook to upload it and generate a shareable link.
AI Sports Master Creator
⦁ AI Master Motion transforms first-person footage captured with your glasses into a third-person perspective, creating professional follow-cam and aerial-style camera movements—without needing another person to film you or a drone. ⦁ Note: AI Master Motion currently supports AI Tracking for cycling only.
Start AI Tracking for cycling, then record videos at any time during your ride. Once AI Tracking ends, go to Activity > AI Creation > AI Master Motion.
⦁ AI Master Remix uses AI to transform photos captured with your glasses into different styles. ⦁ Note: AI Master Remix can be used with any photo captured with the glasses.
Take a photo with your glasses, view it in Album, then tap AI Master Remix in the photo toolbar.
Active Safety Alerts
⦁ What it does: During your activity, if the system detects upcoming changes in the environment or potential risks ahead, Rover provides proactive voice alerts to help you stay aware and focused. These may include uphill or downhill sections, sharp turns, and changes in weather conditions. ⦁ How to use it: Start AI Tracking (Cycling) and select Destination Navigation. ⦁ Note: Environmental Safety Alerts currently support cycling activities only.
What it does: If Rover detects an unusual combination of breathing, heart rate, and exercise intensity, it will alert you to reduce your intensity, recover your breathing, or stop exercising. How to use it: ⦁ Cycling: Go to Settings > Third-Party Sensors, connect a third-party heart rate device, then start AI Tracking (Cycling). ⦁ Running: Rover supports real-time Breathing Monitoring. Simply start AI Tracking (Running) to use this feature. For more accurate safety alerts, we recommend also connecting a third-party heart rate device under Settings > Third-Party Sensors, allowing Rover to combine heart rate and breathing data.
Rover supports real-time Breathing Monitoring during running and proactively alerts you when irregular breathing is detected.
AI Cycling Hazard Detection
AI Cycling Hazard Detection detects potential hard-braking events during your ride and can automatically capture and preserve video footage, helping you keep a record of unexpected incidents. ⦁ Real-Time Hard Braking Detection: AI detects potential emergency hard-braking events in real time. ⦁ Miss Prevention (Auto Recording): If you’re not recording when hard braking is detected, Rover automatically starts recording. ⦁ Full Capture (Pre-recording): Preserves the 10 seconds of footage before Auto Recording begins, providing more complete context around the event. Enabling this feature increases power consumption. ⦁ AI Hazard Detection: AI analyzes hard-braking footage to determine whether a potential hazard occurred, such as a vehicle cutting you off or a crash, and automatically identifies relevant clips. ⦁ Note: Hard braking does not necessarily mean that a hazardous event has occurred. AI Hazard Detection helps identify and filter the clips that contain potential hazards.
⦁ Go to AI Tracking (Cycling), make sure Auto Recording and Pre-recording are enabled, and start AI Tracking. ⦁ When not recording: If hard braking is detected during your ride, Rover will automatically record for 60 seconds. With Pre-recording enabled, Rover also preserves the 10 seconds before Auto Recording begins. ⦁ While recording: If hard braking is detected while AI Tracking and video recording are active, Rover will automatically mark the relevant moment. ⦁ To view detected events: Once AI Tracking ends, go to Activity > Activity Album > Safety.
⦁ Miss Prevention: When you’re not recording, Rover automatically starts a 60-second recording when it detects potential hard braking. ⦁ Note: When Auto Recording is triggered, Rover will play an AI notification sound, and the inside indicator light will flash green, indicating that AI is working.
⦁ Full Capture: When Pre-recording is enabled, Rover preserves the 10 seconds of footage before Hard Braking Auto Recording is triggered, providing a more complete record of what happened before and after a potential hazardous event. ⦁ Please note:
- When Pre-recording is enabled, taking photos is temporarily unavailable during AI Tracking to ensure continuous capture.
- Pre-recording increases power consumption. We recommend using the BleeqUp Power Plus for extended use.
⦁ Hard Braking Detection is designed to identify emergency heavy braking during cycling, such as sudden braking to avoid an obstacle, vehicle, or pedestrian. Normal slowing down, planned stops, and speed control while riding downhill are not considered hard-braking events, helping reduce false triggers. ⦁ After the first Hard Braking alert is triggered, additional hard-braking events detected within the next 30 seconds will not trigger another alert.
AI Sports Voice Assistant
⦁ AI Sports Voice Assistant includes two features: Voice Commands and AI Sports Assistant. ⦁ Voice Commands: Control basic functions of your Rover hands-free using voice commands. ⦁ AI Sports Assistant: Ask questions by voice, and AI uses your personal activity information, real-time activity data, and short- and long-term activity data history to better understand your performance and changes in your current state, providing answers that are more relevant to you and your activity.
⦁ Say the wake phrase “Hey Bleeker”, followed by one of the supported commands: “Take a Photo,” “Start Recording,” or “Stop Recording.” ⦁ Note: To give another command, say “Hey Bleeker” again before the next command.
Try the following:
- Make sure your Rover is fully powered on.
- Make sure Voice Assistant is enabled. Go to Settings > Glasses Management > Voice Assistant
- Remember to say “Hey Bleeker” before each new Voice Command.
⦁ Say “Hey Bleeker.” After you hear the prompt tone, ask your question—for example, “Why did my run feel so hard today?” ⦁ Note: Your Rover must remain connected to the app to use AI Sports Assistant.
Try the following:
- Make sure your Rover is connected to the app. AI Sports Assistant requires an active connection between the glasses and the app.
- Make sure AI Sports Assistant is enabled in the app.
- Check whether you are currently using Intercom or a phone call. If the microphone is being used by either function, AI Sports Assistant will be temporarily unavailable.
Third-party sensors
Please ensure:
- The sensor device is powered on and has sufficient battery.
- Cadence sensors, power meters, etc., need to have the crank rotated to activate the device before adding.
- The sensor device supports the Bluetooth protocol.
Please ensure:
- The sensor device is not occupied by another phone or software.
- If already connected to another device, please disconnect and try again.
Please confirm if the sensor is a Bluetooth/ANT+ dual protocol device. If it supports dual protocol, it can connect to both the cycling computer and the APP simultaneously.
⦁ Some watches/wristbands may experience heart rate disconnection when heart rate push is enabled and a cycling activity is being recorded simultaneously. ⦁ Solution: Please stop the cycling record on the watch and only keep the heart rate push function active.
Currently connectable:
- Watches/wristbands that support heart rate broadcasting/heart rate push.
- Heart rate chest straps/wristbands.
- Cadence sensors.
- Power meters.
⦁ Apple Watch: Make sure your Apple Watch is paired with your iPhone. After you install the BleeqUp app on your iPhone, the BleeqUp app will automatically be installed on your Apple Watch. This allows your real-time heart rate to be synced with your cycling activity record. ⦁ Supports real-time acquisition of heart rate data through devices with heart rate broadcasting/heart rate push functions. After enabling the heart rate broadcasting/heart rate push function, please go to APP "Settings" > "Third-Party Sensor Devices" > Heart Rate Device to bind. Please enable the cycling record function before starting your activity. ⦁ The function for automatically importing watch activity data after exercise is under development and will be released in a future version.

Audio and Calls
Please make sure:
- Please make sure an audio app is open and running in the background on your phone.
- Take off the glasses and put them back on. Try again after hearing the wear-detection prompt, try again.
If the issue continues: ⦁ Possible reasons: To conserve battery life, the glasses will automatically stop audio when it detect that it have been removed. Try the following: 1. Adjust the nose pads: The nose pads can be adjusted along three axes to fit your face and head shape. the best distance between the glasses frame and your forehead should generally be less than one finger-width. After adjusting the nose pads, try playing audio again. Watch the tutorial video in the BleeqUp app or support resources. 2. If the issue continues: Go to BleeqUp app and go to Settings > Wear Detection, turn off Wear Detection. the glasses will not turn off automatically when Wear Detection is disabled, . Remember to turn them off manually to conserve battery life.
Please make sure:
- The touchpad can only adjust the volume while music, a podcast, or other audio is playing.
- The glasses are in the worn state. Take off the glasses, put them back on, and try again after you hear the wear-detection prompt. If you do not hear the sound, the glasses may not have detected that they are being worn, and the touchpad may be unavailable. Go to the BleeqUp app and go to Settings > Wear Detection to turn off Wear Detection. Remember to turn the glasses off manually to conserve battery life.
Feeling the volume too low during high-speed activities? ⦁ Go to Settings > Audio Settings in the BleeqUp app and select Sport Wind-Noise Reduction Mode. ⦁ Note: This mode increases speaker output to make audio easier to hear during activities, which may slightly reduce music quality.
⦁ Possible reason: To save power, the glasses will automatically pause music when not being worn. However, some users have narrower heads, and the wearing detection might identify them as not wearing the glasses, leading to automatic music pausing. 1. Adjust the nose pads: The glasses' nose pads are three-axis adjustable, allowing you to adjust their shape to fit your face and head. Typically, it's best to adjust them so the distance between the glasses' crossbar and your forehead is less than one finger width. Watch the tutorial video in the BleeqUp app or support resources. 2. If the above methods still don't improve the situation: Please go to APP "Settings" > "Wearing Detection" and turn off wearing detection. Turning off wearing detection will prevent automatic shutdown. Please remember to power off the glasses to save power manually.
⦁ It may be caused by heavy sweating during exercise, with some sweat entering through the speaker mesh. Please try wiping the speaker mesh with a tissue and let it sit overnight; it should return to normal. ⦁ If the issue persists, please contact the customer service of the sales platform.
Due to rules in some phone systems, if you are wearing glasses and answer an incoming call via your phone, the call will default to using the phone's microphone and speaker. It is recommended to use the glasses' touch function to answer calls directly when they come in.
Heat & Battery
In high-power consumption scenarios such as video recording and file transfer, the temples may become slightly warm. This is a normal phenomenon and no cause for concern.
⦁ Method 1: When the total duration of video files being downloaded exceeds 1 hour, the APP will prompt you to remove the glasses to avoid discomfort caused by heat. ⦁ Method 2: Please temporarily avoid direct sunlight or high-temperature enclosed environments (e.g., a car's center console). Continue use after the temperature returns to normal. ⦁ Method 3: Please temporarily pause the function use. Continue use after the temperature returns to normal.
Yes, it can be taken on a plane and does not need to be checked.
Waterproof & Dustproof
The glasses have an IP65 rating, the glasses are dust-resistant and withstand rain, sweat, and splashes. Do not use them while swimming or showering, and do not submerge them in water.
System Exception
Possible reasons:
- The camera may still be loading during startup. Wait until the glasses have fully started before trying to take a photo or record a video.
- Please restart the glasses and try again.
⦁ The glasses will restart automatically. Resume use after the restart is complete.
When the glasses enter an abnormal state and stop working, a restart will restore normal functionality. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
Firmware Update
Please go to APP "Settings" > "Firmware Version" to check. If it's the latest firmware, the page will display "Current firmware is already the latest".
Please go to APP "Settings" > "Firmware Version" to check. If there's a new version, please ensure the following before upgrading:
- The glasses and phone are close to each other.
- Bluetooth and WiFi are enabled on the phone, and the network is good.
- It is recommended to upgrade while the glasses are charging to avoid failure due to a low battery.
- After confirming, click "Upgrade Firmware" to start.
- During the firmware upgrade process, please keep the APP running in the foreground.
- After the firmware download is complete, the APP will transfer the firmware via the glasses' WiFi. Please click "Join WiFi".
- After the transfer is complete, the glasses will automatically install the firmware.
Please ensure:
- Battery level is ≥30% when charging, or ≥50% when not charging. Charging is recommended during the upgrade.
- The phone's network is normal.
- When transferring firmware, click the prompted glasses' WiFi to connect.
- During the upgrade, keep the glasses and phone within 1.5 meters.
The upgrade time depends on the network environment and firmware size, usually completing within 10 minutes.
Rover Audio, Care & Navigation
Intercom
- First, a user needs to create a channel in AI Tracking > Intercom Channels.
- Other APP users within a 10 km radius can then see the channel. Once they join the channel, they can start using Intercom.
Make sure the channel creator has set the channel's privacy setting to Public or Temporarily Public.
No. internet connection is required to use Intercom.
People in the room can talk to each other from up to 5,000 km away. (approximately 3,100 miles).
⦁ No, not necessarily. Your partners only need to download the APP to join the intercom. ⦁ Please note: Some third-party headphones may lack sound gain and noise reduction processing in high wind noise environments, which might affect call quality.
Please ensure:
- Glasses volume of the glasses has been turned up.
- You are already in the intercom channel.
- "Mute All" mode is disabled.
Please ensure:
- You are already in the intercom channel.
- "Mute Myself Only" mode is disabled.
⦁ No. The intercom function is similar to voice calls, allowing you to communicate directly. ⦁ You can also single-click the Intercom Mute button on the left temple of the glasses to switch between "Mute Myself Only" and "Unmute".
⦁ To ensure cycling safety and avoid distractions, the system will automatically pause music when entering the intercom. If you need to play music, please single-click the Touchpad on the right temple of the glasses. ⦁ Note: Due to phone system rules, playing music simultaneously with the intercom may degrade sound quality, so it is recommended to pause music playback.
Lenses
Yes. Please follow the steps shown in the Lens Installation and Removal video. Avoid using excessive force, which may damage the lenses or frame.
